Best breakfast burritos we have had. My brother always wants to stop by here when he is in town. Huge portions too. The kids love their chicken bowls as well.

Ordered combination platter at drive thru the price on the outside drive thru menu was $13.99 I pull up to the window and the person tried to charge me $17.99. By law they have to charge me the advertised price but he wouldn't I told him to keep it. I wasn't angry with the person at window he was just doing his job and if he would have taken 13.99 for it then the cash till would be short at end of shift and he prolly would have gotten in trouble ..I didn't want that happening. Please tell management to update the prices on the menu. I will still give 5 stars

Always a comforting meal for your buck here. No other place has carne asada fries like theirs, and the added bacon on top is always a must. Tacos are also very huge, usually get 1 and make two out of it and it becomes a filling meal.

Baldo's has some amazing food! I've been coming here forever like 12+ years and I've never been disappointed. My go to is the California burrito. But I've tried a good amount of their menu. Everything is great. They're always pretty quick I never have to wait too long. I always go in the drive thru because it's so convenient. Portions are pretty good.

I love when Mexican food has a drive thru because it's just more convenient that way. They do have a small indoor seating area that has side serving of extra things to add to your order but I believe you can as well ask for it through the drive thru. The late night hours is another great thing because some people get off work late and would like a great meal rather than fast food regular same ol burger spots. Service isn't long of a wait either. They have their own lot with parking but I pretty sure most customers go through the drive thru. I don't remember coming during day but usually at night so I highly suggest this place for night runs for good fulfilling food.

I checked out Baldo's for Friday funday dinner after work. I was famished! Baldo's is a hole in the wall kind of restaurant with decent service. Not sure why there are so many complaints about their service. I was greeted by the cashier and placed my order: shrimp fries and a medium horchata drink. All for the low, low price of $21!! LOL. The menu doesn't list any prices for their items... I should have taken that as a clue they were going to charge me more than a pretty penny! I paid with card, the cashier took my card to some back area to charge. I did not like that and I felt uneasy. Note to self: Bring cash next time. Shrimp fries - shareable. Loaded with cheddar cheese shreds, salsa, sour cream, shrimp (big ol shrimp!!!), avocado. Although loaded, a little bland. I added red (hot) salsa for flavor and some heat. Fries were done quickly and handed to me not long after ordering. Horchata- no complaints, perfectly sweet. There's a chips and salsa bar(self serve)- chips were not fresh/stale I ordered my food to dine in. But, my food was handed to me in a to go plate in a plastic bag. I guess this helps them save money on dishes? Free peppermints and toothpicks at the counter for customers to use after meal. The restaurant was full of bright colors and decor, there was even a motorcycle parked inside (lol) There's parking on site and a drive thru. Baldo's Mexican Food is hidden in plain sight, located on Merchant St, right off Alamo Dr. I shall return to try some tacos!!
